“Return Policy for HKC Worker Customers
1. Return Conditions:
Return Period: Products can be returned within 15 days from the date of receipt.
Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging, including all accessories and user manuals.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required to process the return.
2. How to Return Products:
In-Store Returns: Bring the product and proof of purchase to our store. Our staff will assist you with the return process.
Online Returns: Contact our customer service team at support@hkcworker.com to request a return authorization. Follow the provided instructions to ship the product back to us.
3. Return Process:
In-Store: Visit our store with the product and receipt. Our team will inspect the item and process your return or exchange.
Online: Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including proof of purchase. Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service team.
4. Refunds and Exchanges:
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned item.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, visit our store with the product and receipt. For online exchanges, contact customer service to arrange the replacement.
5. Non-Returnable Items:
Final Sale: Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” cannot be returned.
Personalized or Custom Items: Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective.
6. Damaged or Defective Items:
Upon Receipt: If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Warranty Issues: For warranty-related issues, contact the manufacturer directly or reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
7. Shipping Costs:
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is defective or the return is due to our error. We will provide a return shipping label in such cases.
Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
